To schedule a chat session with a client, first you will need to schedule an online session as normal via the Schedule Session button. We recommend also creating a unique Session Type for chat if you plan on offering chat therapy as an alternative. You and your client will then join the session as normal to begin a chat session. You can utilize Instant Chat before, during or independently from a regularly scheduled video conferencing session.
