To view your provider's availability, go to your Provider's List and click the View Provider's Availability link next to your provider's name. A calendar will then appear. Any blue events on the calendar are your provider's available time. If there are no blue events listed in the calendar, this means your provider hasn't set their available time.
If you do see blue available time slots and you want to request a session, click the blue event you would like to request a session during. A window will then appear asking you to enter the starting time you would like to schedule the session for and what time zone. After done, click the Request Session button. You provider will then receive an email notification letting them know of your request. He or she will then approve or decline the session request, and you will be notified via email notification when this has taken place.
