The Sky Therapist platform allows you to upload documents and forms, like intakes, assessments, and confidentiality forms.
In order to upload these documents and forms:
- Log-in using the account email and password provided upon initial sign up.
- Click on the Documents tab on the left side of the screen.
- Click the New Document button towards the top of the screen.
- Click the Select File button. Once you select your file, click the Upload tab.
- The document will then appear on your documents list once uploaded successfully.
- You can then send this document to any of your clients by clicking the paper airplane icon to the right of the document.
