To Cancel a session with one of your clients, go to your Upcoming Sessions List in your home page. To the right of the session, you will find a red Cancel button. Click and confirm you would like to cancel. You cannot cancel sessions that occurred in the past.
You can also go to Calendar, click on the Scheduled Session event. You will have the option to Edit, and click the red Cancel button at the bottom.
Your client will be notified via email about the canceled session.
